I agree with what you are saying about the promotional pens sites most of the promotional pens sites that I looked at also had other stuff cheap and they also run special deals from time to time so keep a look out for them when you're in the market for pens and gift boxes.
If they dont have what you want then just drop them an email and see whether they can get them for you because one of my friends got his pens at a huge discount and they had to get them in for him because they were out of stock, so you have to ask if there something that you really want.

They are made of good quality materials such as plastic, metal, etc. Also they can be imprinted with the company logo without upsetting the budget of the company.
